摘要
提出1种可应用于通讯基站的重力均热板节能屋面,通过分析该屋面结构的传热过程,建立起稳态传热模型,并证明其具有单向导热特性。通过与混凝土屋面基站、钢板屋面基站的能耗模拟对比,得出了重力均热板节能屋面的节能优势。选取5个典型气候城市的气象参数,对基站空调全年运行能耗情况进行模拟分析,对比得出该重力均热板屋面的节能效益。结果表明在这5个地区,使用重力均热板节能屋面相对于使用混凝土屋面空调全年运行时间、全年能耗及逐时冷负荷最大值均减小,其中严寒地区的沈阳节能率超过20%,夏热冬暖地区的广州节能10%左右。
A new type of gravity vapor chamber roof is put forward for Communication Base Stations( CBSs). Its steady heat transfer model is established to prove its properties of unidirectional heat conduction. Compared with concrete roof and steel roof,the gravity vapor chamber roof has energy saving advantages via simulations of CBSs' energy consumptions. Five typical cities' meteorological parameters are chosen in order to get the energy-saving benefits of the CBSs, which use the gravity vapor chamber roof, via simulations of CBSs ' annual energy consumptions. The results have shown that,compared to the use of concrete roof,the operation time of air conditioner,the annual energy consumption and the maximum sum of hourly cooling load are reduced due to the use of gravity vapor chamber roof. Among them,the energy-saving rate in Shenyang is over 20% and in Guangzhou is around 10%,which are the representatives of severe cold area and hot summer and warm winter area,respectively.
