摘要 为解决通用光机集成仿真接口中光学面形点云数据处理问题,提出了基于点云边界检测技术的面形数据前处理方法。首先讨论了集成仿真面形数据前处理方法及边界检测技术在前处理中作用;然后研究了边界检测算法涉及的光学面形点云数据组织,面形节点K邻域微切平面的拟合算法以及边界节点的判断方法。在点云边界检测算法研究基础上,讨论了算法主要数据结构和程序实现,并通过示例面形点云边界提取验证了算法的正确性和有效性,为光机集成仿真面形数据处理算法提供了新的技术参考。 To resolve the data processing problem of point cloud for optical surface in general interface of optical-mechanical integrated simulation, the surface data processing method based on point cloud boundary detection was presented. First, the surface data preprocessing method in integrated simulation was discussed and effect of boundary detection in surface preprocessing data was also referred. Then, boundary detection algorithm referring to several techniques was researched including the data organization of point cloud, the small tangential plane fitting algorithm of the K-nearest neighbor node and the judgment of boundary node. Based on the research of point cloud boundary detection algorithm, the primary data structure and the program realization was discussed and by the extraction of demonstrated surface point cloud, the algorithm of boundary detection was proved to be right and effective. The algorithm of boundary detection provides the new technical reference for data process of optical surface.
