摘要
各种内源和外源性因子诱发的以皱纹为主要特征的皮肤老化是当今皮肤科学的研究热点,鉴于皮肤结构的致密性和外用护肤品透皮吸收的局限性,内在途径修复细胞外基质的弹性结构是目前抗皱产品开发的重要发展方向。为此,本文基于胞外基质代谢调控网络,从皮肤组织力学性能的形态结构、物质基础及信号转导层面,系统评述了皮肤老化的细胞学机制研究进展,以期为进一步深化皮肤老化的机理研究提供思路借鉴。
Skin aging,characteristic of wrinkle formation,induced by internal or external factors is the research hot spot of current skin science. Because of compacted skin tissue and limited percutaneous absorption of external cosmetics,repairing damaged elastic structure of extracellular matrix through internal approaches is an important direction of anti-wrinkling products development. Based on the regulating network of extracellular matrix metabolism,the cellular mechanism of skin aging was reviewed at the levels of histological morphology,substance and signal transduction associated with skin biomechanical property,expecting to provide some ideas for further researches of skin aging.
