摘要
研究比较维生素E(VE)和微囊化VE(MVE)对肉鸡生产性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响。试验选用1日龄AA肉仔鸡360只,随机分成3组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只。对照组(CON组)饲喂基础日粮(不添加VE),试验组分别在基础日粮中添加20IU/kg普通VE(VE组)和20IU/kg微囊化VE(MVE组)。试验期为42d,分别于肉鸡21d和42d时,测定生产性能,并采取血样,测定血清生化指标和抗氧化指标。结果表明:1)与CON组相比,VE和MVE组对肉鸡21d的生产性能均无显著影响(P〉0.05),但MVE组肉鸡22~42d和1~42d的平均日增重均显著提高(P〈0.05)。2)与CON组相比,VE和MVE组显著降低了肉鸡21d和42d血清的尿素氮水平(P〈0.05),且血清肌酐水平在21d时有下降趋势(P=0.09),血清碱性磷酸酶含量在42d时有升高趋势(P=0.09)。3)21d时,MVE组血清总蛋白和球蛋白显著高于CON组(P〈0.05),VE组无显著差异(P〉0.05);42d时,与CON组相比,MVE组血清总蛋白和白蛋白显著提高(P〈0.05),VE组无显著差异(P〉0.05)。4)21d时,VE和MVE组血清VE含量相对于CON组有升高趋势(P=0.08);42d时,与CON组相比,日粮中添加MVE显著提高了血清总超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P〈0.05),VE组无显著差异(P〉0.05)。目粮添加微囊化VE(MVE)能够改善肉鸡的生长性能,提高肉鸡体内的蛋白质合成代谢功能,并能够提高肉鸡的血清抗氧化能力。
The aim of this study was to explore and compare the effects of ordinary vitamin E (VE) and microencapsulated VE (MVE) on the growth performance, serum biochemical parameters and antioxidant capacity in broil- ers. A total of 360 one - day - old AA broilers were randomly divided into three groups with six replicates of twenty birds each. The control group was fed with basal diet ( CON group) and the other two groups were fed with basal diet supplemented with 20 IU/kg common VE (VE group) and basal diet supplemented with 20 IU/kg microencapsulated VE ( MVE group) , respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 days. At 21 d and 42 d of the experiment, six broilers each group were selected and slaughtered. The blood samples were collected to determine the serum biochemical pa- rameters and antioxidant capacity. The results showed that: 1 ) compared with the CON group, VE group and MVE group have no significantly influence to the dorking 21d production performance (P 〈 0.05 ). 2) Compared with the CON group, VE and MVE groups reduced urea nitrogen level in the serum of broilers (P 〈 0.05). Creatinine level in the serum of VE and MVE groups had a downward trend (P = 0.09) in 21 d, as well as alkaline phosphatase in the serum tended to increase in 42 d. 3 ) The serum total protein and globulin of MVE group were significantly higher than the CON group (P 〈 0.05) in 21 d, and VE group had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Compared with the CON group, the serum total protein and albumin of the MVE group were significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ) in 42 d, and the VE group had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). 4) The serum vitamin E content of VE and MVE groups tended to increase (P =0.08 ) in 21 d of broilers compared to the CON group. MVE group significantly in- creased the serum T - SOD and GSH - Px activities than the CON group (P 〈 0.05 ) in 42 d of broilers. Diet supplemented with microencapsulated VE could improve growth performance, and increase the function of protein synthesis and serum antioxidant capacity of broilers,
