摘要
指出了作为推进生态文明建设的头号工程,常州市"生态绿城"建设在规划编制、工程勘定、任务推进、项目管理等方面做了深入探索和积极实践,并取得较好效果,目前常州市"生态绿城"建设已被省委政策研究室作为优秀案例加以推荐。分析了常州市"生态绿城"建设的现状及问题,提出了强化管理,明确权责;制定标准,统一建设;机制完善,高效推进;公众参与,加强互动的具体做法,以期为其它城市提供参考。
＂Ecological Green City＂constructionhas been listed as the top priority in the Construction of Ecological Civilization of Changzhou.It explores in great depth and actively practice the planning compilation,project demarcation,task promotion and project management,achieving good results.Currently this project has been recommended to the superior by Policy Research Office of Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the CPC as a good case.This paper mainly introduced the practical experience of＂Ecological Green City＂constructionof Changzhou so as to provide preference for other cities.
