摘要
提出了建设项目的评价标准,归纳总结了建设项目环境影响报告书在技术评估过程中出现的主要问题,以期对环评编制人员编制环境影响报告书提供参考。
In this article,the main problems of construction project environmental impact reports in the technology assessment process were summarized in order to help the EIA staff to write EIA reports.
