摘要 随着现代工业的发展,化学品的用量和运输量与日俱增,从而增加了有毒物质泄露的概率,导致水污染突发事件的发生。但目前水污染突发事件应急处理系统的功能还不完善,无法满足各水域应急事件的处理需求。为此,本文设计了一套水污染突发事件应急处理系统。该系统以Web GIS为基础架构,以EFDC为水污染扩散模型,采用浏览器/服务器形式进行数据的输入、处理和结果展示;服务器通过对水质水文数据的分组和插值将污染物浓度划分为8个区间,用8种颜色来完成污染物的精确展示;采用三角形网格算法对相同浓度的污染物进行等值面绘制,给出了三角形网格的绘制算法、等值点的确定、等值线的追踪及等值线的光滑算法,这些都使用户能够更加直观的观察水污染的具体情况,对水污染的应急决策具有重要意义。 The amount of chemicals and carriages is increasing with the development of modern industry so as to increase the probability of leakage to lead to pollution incidents. But the current emergency treatment system for water pollution emergency function is not perfect and can not meet the demand of the water emergency treatment. Therefore, this paper designed the emergency treatment system tbr a water pollution, which was based on Web GIS architecture, using EFDC as a water pollution diffusion model to use the browser / server tbrm of water pollution data input to process and display the results; the server through the grouping and interpolation on water quality and hydro-logical data of pollutant concentration would be divided tbr the 8 interval to display accurately 8 colors to complete the pollutants; then the pollutant triangle mesh algorithm on the same concentration of surface rendering was given triangle mesh rendering algorithm to contour point determination, contour tracing and contour smoothing algorithm. Which enabled users to specific situation of water pollution to observe more intuitive. It is of great significance tbr water pollution emergency decision.
