Analyze the Failure of Canister Solenoid Valve

炭罐电磁阀的泄漏、断路,引起发动机抖动等问题在神龙公司的很多车型上均有发生。抖动和泄漏一直是困扰电磁阀设计开发的一个难点。本文介绍神龙公司正在使用的3种类型的炭罐电磁阀,以及近几年来出现的一些常见的电磁阀故障,描述具体的故障现象及解决措施。对后续炭罐电磁阀的设计和故障的解决具有一定的指导意义和经验反馈作用。

The leakage and open circuit of canister solenoid valve, engine vibrating, and some kinds of these problems have occurred on many vehicles in DPCA. Vibrating and leakage have been a difficulty for solenoid valve design and development. This paper introduces three types of canister solenoid valve in DPCA, and some common failure occurred in solenoid valve recently, as well as describes specific failure phenomenon and solution. It can give us some guidance and experience feedback for the subsequent design and troubles solutions of canister solenoid valve.
