摘要
制动系统按照其采用的制动能源不同可以分为人力、助力、伺服制动系统3种类型。装配有真空助力器的制动系统属于伺服制动系统,可以大大减轻驾驶员施加在制动踏板上的力,进而增加车轮制动力,达到操作轻便、制动可靠的目的。作为制动助力装置,它被广泛地应用在轿车和轻型车上。本文重点分析真空助力器的结构及工作原理。
According to the energy source, the braking system can be divided into three types, which are manpower, assisted, and servo brake system. Brake system equipped with vacuum booster belongs to the servo brake system, which can greatly reduce the force needed on the brake pedal from drivers, and further increase the wheel braking force, achieving convenient operation and reliable braking. This braking system is widely used on cars and light-duty vehicles. This article mainly analyzes the structure and working principle of vacuum booster.
