汽车空调模式盘涉及吹面、吹脚和除霜,需要带动两个风门以上的耦合运动,精度要求高,设计难度大。利用CATIA三维设计建立空调模式三维数模,并利用CATIA运动仿真模块建立仿真模型,可提高数据的精确度和准确性,同时提高了工作效率,节省了开发费用。
As the automotive air-conditioning mode dial involves blowing face, blowing feet and defrost, it needs to drive more than two coupled motion damper, which requires high precision and sophisticated design. A 3D air-conditioning digital model has been established by using CATIA 3D design. A simulation model has been set up by using CATIA motion simulation module. The models established improve the precision and accuracy of data,while improving efficiency, saving development costs.
