摘要
研究了钢材中铌元素的存在形式,并采用化学分析法将固溶铌、氮化铌和碳化铌进行分离,分别用硝基磺酚一S法和ICP—AES法测定钢材中各铌相含量。实验结果表明,钢中固溶铌、氮化铌及碳化铌的铌含量之和与测定的理论铌总含量相符,实验中铌的分离和测定均满足分析要求。
The existing forms of niobium in steel were studied. The niobium in solid solution, niobium nitride and niobium carbide were separated by chemical analysis method. The Nb contents of the three phases are determined using the nitro sulphochlorophenol-S method and ICP-AES method. It was shown that the sum of Nb contents in niobium in solid solution, niobium nitride and niobium carbide, is consistent with the measured value of total Nb in steel. The separation and determination of Nb contents can satisfy the analysis requirements.
