摘要
针对首钢京唐公司镀锌生产线带钢C翘情况,分别对光整机和拉矫机调整方法进行了理论分析和试验研究。现场生产线的实际应用结果表明,修改光整机支撑辊辊径输入参数、调整工作辊辊径差、调整拉矫机弯曲辊和矫直辊的插入量等调整方法对镀锌生产线带钢C翘的改善均有一定效果。
Aiming at strip C-shape buckling defect in galvanizing line of Shougang Jingtang Company, theoretical analysis and experimental research of adjustment methods of skin pass mill and tension leveler were conducted. The practical application showed that adjustment methods, including adjusting the input diameter parameters of back-up rolls of skin pass mill, adjusting the diameter difference of two work rolls, adjusting the insertion between bending rolls and straightening rolls of tension leveler, were effective on improving strip C-shape buckling defect.
