摘要
模拟了路基边坡中的使用环境,对比分析了路基边坡中全裸钢绞线和镀锌钢绞线在不同腐蚀性环境中的电化学性能和腐蚀形貌。结果表明,在相同的外加应力前提下,随着路基边坡中p H值的降低,全裸钢绞线和镀锌钢绞线的腐蚀电位逐渐降低,而腐蚀电位密度不断增加;随着外加应力的增加,全裸钢绞线和镀锌钢绞线的表面产物逐渐增加,腐蚀有逐渐增加的趋势;镀锌钢绞线的表面腐蚀层产物主要为(Zn(OH)_2)_3·Zn SO_4·5H_2O,表明表层起到了防护作用。
Electrochemical performance and corrosion morphology of bare wire and galvanized steel strand in subgrade slope were compared and analyzed. The results show that, in the same external force, with the decrease of pH value of subgrade slope, the corrosion potential of the naked steel wire and galvanized steel strand decreases gradually, and corrosion potential density increases with the decrease of pH value; as the applied stress increases, the surface products of naked steel strand and toxicity of steel wire gradually increases, corrosion trend gradually increases; The corrosion product layer of galvanized steel strand surface mainly is (Zn(OH)2)3-ZnSO4·5H20, which has the surface protective effect.
