摘要
以中碳铬钼合金钢作为研究对象,通过相变点试验确定试验钢的淬火温度范围为904~954℃,最佳淬火温度为920℃。淬火后,该材料主要组织为均匀细小的针状马氏体和少量残余奥氏体;通过淬透性试验证明,淬硬层深度为150 mm,该衬板最厚部位约为123 mm,故该材料经920℃淬火后具有足够的淬透性。
The quenching temperature range of carbon-chromium-molybdenum alloy steel was determined by testing phase transition point. The results show that the quenching temperature range is about 904 - 954 ℃. By observing the microstructure, the best quenching temperature is 920 ℃. After 920 ℃ quenching, the hardened layer depth is 150 mm. Due to the maximum thickest of the steel liner is about 123 mm, so the steel has sufficient harden-ability after 920 ℃ quenching.
