摘要 对比分析了建筑用镀锌基材、铬酸盐钝化膜和无铬复合膜在中性盐雾试验、醋酸铅点滴试验和电化学腐蚀试验中的腐蚀行为,并观察了镀锌基材钝化前后的表面形貌和元素变化。结果表明,无铬复合膜的耐腐蚀性能得到显著提高,与铬酸盐钝化效果较为接近。 The corrosion resistance of galvanized substrates for building in different corrosion environment, such as neutral salt spray test, lead acetate drip test and electrochemical corrosion test, were studied, and the microstructure and chemical composition of the surface before and after corrosion were studied. The results show that corrosion resistance of chromium free composite fihn is significantly improved, which is closer with the chromate passivation effect.
