摘要
对3D打印的基本概念,技术原理和发展历程做了概述,对3D打印的快速铸造应用技术和国内外现状进行了阐述,主要包括精铸模样制作、精铸蜡模压型制作和铸型制作三个方面,阐明和分析了三种3D打印应用的技术原理、研制经历和若干知名公司的技术特点。对3D打印的铸造应用发展状况和方向进行了点评和展望。
3D pringting technology has draw extensive attension worldwide, with booming development in many fields. In this paper, the basic conception, technical principle and developemnt history were summarisd, and fast casting application technology and development condition in china and abroad were comprehensively introduced, including the manufacturing of precision casting pattern, precision casting wax and casting mould. Further more, the technical principle, research progress of above three 3D printing, and technical characteristic of serveral distinguished companies are expatiated and analyzed. Lastly, the application condition and direction of 3D printing in casting is evaluated and prospected.
