摘要
提出垫板加热辅助搅拌摩擦焊接方法对钛合金板进行焊接。通过与传统FSW工艺温度场及仿真对比分析,垫板加热辅助搅拌摩擦焊接方法不仅可以起到焊前预热的效果,拓展了焊接工艺参数应用范围,而且一定程度上可减小摩擦力,搅拌头磨损的减小间接提高了搅拌头的使用寿命。
The TC4 titanium alloy was welded by a new friction stir welded technology, and the weld temperature distribution of the new method and tradition FSW method was comprared. The results show that the new friction stir welded technology can not only have the effect of preheating before welding, expand the application range of welding technology parameters, but to a certain extent reduce the fi'iction stir head wear, and indirectly improving the service life of the stirring head.
