摘要
通过综合分析轴承座的结构,考虑铸造工艺要求后,确定采用砂型铸造生产的工艺方案;在此基础上,确定轴承座的相应铸造工艺参数、浇冒口系统等,并采用华铸CAE软件进行凝固模拟。针对铸件存在的缩孔、缩松等缺陷,通过优化冒口以达到工艺优化的目的,得到了较为客观、准确的结果,从而反映出针对该铸件采用砂型铸造方法的可行性。
After a comprehensive analysis on beating's structure, considering casting process requirements, the way of sand casting process was adopted. On this basis, the corresponding casting process parameters and the pouring /riser systems were further determined, and then our self-developed simulation software Huacast CAE was used to analyze the casting process. Aiming at the existence of the casting defects such as shrinkage cavity, shrinkage porosity, the riser was optimized to achieve the goal of process optimization and get an objective and accurate analysis results.
