摘要 根据电梯制动轮的结构特点,设计了顶部分型和中间分型两种工艺方案,并进行模拟分析。结果表明,中间分型、压边冒口工艺的铸件缩孔缩松现象较轻;同时,根据试制过程中制动轮的缩松情况,对冒口工艺、铁液成分、孕育剂等进行了改进,铸件缩松缺陷得到了有效控制。 According to the structure characteristics of the elevator brake wheel, two kinds of mould-parting schemes of top parting and middle parting were designed and InteCAST software was used to simulate and analyze. The results show that shrinkage phenomenon of brake wheels, which were produced by using the method of middle parting with kiss gating feeder, is less. At the same time, according to shrinkage state of brake wheel during trial production process, some measures such as riser process, chemical composition of molten iron and inoculants were adopted, and the shrinkage defects in the elevator brake wheel were effectively controlled.
