肱骨大结节骨折手术治疗方案的选择 被引量：3

摘要 肱骨大结节骨折,是临床较常见的骨折类型,多由创伤引起。由于肩袖的牵拉作用,骨折常移位明显,移位的肱骨大结节骨折多考虑手术治疗,才能有效的恢复肩关节功能。目前其手术方法,内固定的选择较多,各具优缺点,本文主要对肱骨大结节骨折的发生情况、手术标准、手术方式和内固定器材的选择等作一综述。1肱骨大结节的解剖肱骨近端分为肱骨头、肱骨干、肱骨大结节及小结节。肱骨近端关节面部分高于肱骨大结节,
