细胞因子和应力对骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化的影响 被引量:2

摘要 间充质干细胞是一种具有多向分化潜能的成体干细胞。骨髓中间充质干细胞的数量最多,称为骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs);其它来源于外胚层的组织或发育过程中含有外胚间充质的组织已证实含有间充质干细胞的有皮肤、脂肪、牙周膜等[1-2]。BMSCs属于成纤维样细胞,在不受任何刺激的情况下体外培养,细胞形态与成纤维细胞非常相似,不易区分,成纺锤形或长梭形。
