摘要 对离心式压缩机完成了基于Microsoft Visual C++语言的参数化结构设计。通过编程实现对压缩机主要结构参数的快速化计算,进而设计出一种小流量高压比单级离心式压缩机。设计时全面考虑了压缩机叶轮和扩压器中的各种流动损失,建立了符合实际流动的数学损失模型。运用VC++对该数学损失模型进行计算机集成,完成了离心式压缩机变工况性能预测软件的编写。利用该软件对所设计的压缩机变工况工作性能进行计算,并通过CFD数值计算验证了变工况性能预测软件的可靠性。 The parametric structure design for the centrifugal compressor via the Microsoft Visual C ++ langnage is done. The rapid calculation of the main structural parameters of the compressor is realized by programming, thereby, a single-stage centrifugal compressor with small flow and high pressure ratio is designed. In the design process, the flow loss in the impeller and diffuser are taken into comprehensive consideration and the mathematical loss model that meets the actual flow is established. Meanwhile, the computer integration of this mathematical loss modal is carried out through VC++ and the compiling of the changing-condition performance prediction software for the centrifugal compressor is completed. By using this software, the changing-condition working performance of the compressor is calculated and its rehability is verified by CFD numerical calculation.
