Taking the leakage of the 30-1 coastal subsea pipeline in Fanyu as an example, the emergency measures for subsea pipeline are discussed, which include the establishing of the emergency response team, the team building, the construction preparation, the searching for the damage spot, the damage assessment, the selection of the maintenance strategy, the repair of the leakage point as well as the production recovery and so on.
