Manufacture of Pressure Vessel with Clad Steel Plate

主要阐述两个方面的问题:一是爆炸复合钢板制封头、筒体的毛坯厚度选择及其成形减薄率控制;二是复合钢板制筒体错边量的合理要求。

Two issues are discussed in this article. First is the selection of the workblank thickness of the head and shell that made up of the explosive clad steel plate and the control of its molding thinning ratio. Second is the reasonable requirement of the edge offset of the shell that made up of clad steel plate.
