摘要
卷板机是一种将金属板材弯卷成筒体、锥体、曲面体或其他形体的通用成型设备,广泛应用于石油、化工、机械制造等领域。介绍了40×4000三辊卷板机的液压系统原理。对实际使用中倒头油缸与压下油缸出现的故障进行了全面分析,并提出合理的解决方案,取得了满意效果。
Bending machine, a general molding equipment used to bend metal plate to a special shape such as column, cone, camber and so on, is widely applied to the petroleum, chemical industry, machine manufacture and other fields. The hydraulic system principle of the 40x4000 three roller bending machine is introduced. The faults of the overturn cylinder and screwdown cylinder in practical use are comprehensively analyzed, hence the reasonable solutions are proposed and achieve definite effects.
