皮托管在瓦斯抽采计量中的应用

Application of Pitot Tube in Gas Drainage and Measurement

皮托管在人工测量瓦斯管路流量中准确性高、适用性强、经济可行。为了推广皮托管在煤矿瓦斯抽采计量中的应用,从皮托管原理出发,介绍了皮托管在瓦斯抽采计量中的使用方法。针对皮托管测量的主要影响因素,从提高设备精度、规范皮托管操作及简化测量及计算方法方面提出了相应的优化措施。

Measuring the gas pipeline in the artificial flow by using pitot tube is high accuracy,applicability,and economically viable. To promote the application of pitot tube in the mine gas extraction measurement,according to the principle of pitot tube,this paper introduced the method of pitot tube used in gas extraction measurement. In view of the main influencing factors of the pitot tube measurement,the corresponding optimization measures were proposed from three respects,including improving the precision of equipment,standardizing the operation of pitot tube,and the simplification for the method of calculation and measurement.
