摘要 以平煤股份十矿三水平北二进风井井筒为例,阐述了立井井筒预注浆+壁后注浆工艺及涌水治理措施。使用传统注浆工艺——普通注浆法,借鉴注浆堵水的成功经验,采取科学合理的注浆技术,利用水泥+水玻璃双浆液,将砂岩内含水堵截在井筒注浆帷幕圈以外,彻底根治了井筒井壁淋水,为井筒安全、快速掘进提供了保障,确保了井壁质量,取得了良好的技术经济效益。 In this paper,taking north binary mine shaft of No. 3 Level of No. 10 Coal Mine in Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Industry Co.,Ltd as an example,the paper expounded the method of shaft pre-grouting and grouting behind mine shaft wall. By using traditional grouting technology,common grouting method,scientific and reasonable grouting technology was carried out with the reference for successful experience of water blocking,the sandstone containing water was intercepted outside the shaft grouting curtain ring with the application of cement and water glass double slurry. Finally,the wall pouring water from mine shaft was controlled,this has ensured the safe,speedy drivage of mine shaft,and the quality of the borehole wall was good,good economic benefit was also obtained.
