沿空掘巷注浆加固技术在平煤十一矿的应用

摘要 为了保证深部留窄煤柱沿空掘进巷道的安全生产,研究深井沿空掘巷围岩失稳特性,动态监测围岩变形全过程,采用间歇注浆加固技术和注浆管长短结合,解决了巷道窄煤柱帮收敛变形严重问题,改善了窄煤柱煤岩松散破碎结构,确保了矿井安全生产。 To ensure a safety mining of driving roadway along next goaf with deep narrow coal pillar,the instability characteristics of surrounding rock in deep mine was researched in the paper,and the process of rock deformation was recorded by using dynamic monitor technology. Meanwhile,the intermittent grouting reinforcement technique with adjusting the length of grouting pipes were combined. Finally,the problem that the important convergence deformation of narrow pillar of roadway was solved,the status quo of fractured surrounding rock was also improved,above all have ensured the safety production of mine.
