摘要
利用Solid Works建立液压支架的实体模型,将模型导入ADAMS中施加约束、驱动及载荷,建立液压支架的虚拟样机,进行工作过程的动力学仿真。仿真得到了液压支架俯仰角、工作阻力、铰接载荷时域变化曲线,将其与理论计算值比较,证明样机模型可行正确,可为设计研发提供较为准确可靠的依据。
Using Solid Works to establish the 3D solid model of hydraulic support,then imported the model into ADAMS software and imposed constraint,drive and load,the virtual prototype model of hydraulic support was established,and the dynamic simulation of working process was complete. Elevation angle,working resistance,articulated load change curves of hydraulic support were got,and comparing them with the theoretical calculations,it can prove the prototype model is feasible and correct,which can provide more accurate and reliable basis for the design and development.
