A Study on the Reform of Higher Education in Kyrgyzstan

高等教育是吉尔吉斯斯坦的优先发展方向。吉尔吉斯斯坦政府通过出台和实施引领高等教育改革方向的政策法规,解决高等教育发展中的资金短缺、质量下降、管理方法不科学、人才培养模式不符合市场需求等问题。改革过程中,他们以多渠道筹资和增加国家拨款为一体来实现管理体系的民主化和透明化;通过以市场需求更新教学内容来完善人才培养结构;以制定和实施新的高校认证标准来规范高校教育质量评估体系等方式,保障高等教育的顺利进行。

Higher education is the priority for development in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. Through the promulgation and implementation of leading in the direction of the reform of higher education policies and regulations, the Kyrgyz government solves the problems in higher education development such as the shortage of funds, decline in the quality, unscientific management method, mismatch hetween the talent training mode and the market demand and other issues. They have the multi-channels of financing and the increase of state funding as a whole, to achieve democratic and transparent management system, according to market demand to update teaching content in order to improve the structure of personnel training, the development and implementation of the new accreditation standards to regulate the university education quality assessment system and other ways to ensure the success of the reform of higher education.
