An Analysis of Bullying Prevention Program In Ontario, Canada

摘要 为预防校园欺凌,加拿大安大略省积极采取校园预防欺凌行动,形成较完备的校园欺凌预防体系,明确界定欺凌的含义,政府协调相关部门制定系列政策、法规,统筹管理,并给予充足的资金支持。同时,引进第三方机构追踪研究,经过多年的实践,形成了成熟的评价工具,客观公正地对校园环境进行评价。此外,明确校长、教职员工、家长、学生和社区成员的角色,针对性地进行指导,确保校园预防欺凌计划的有效实施。 Bullying has a seriously harmful effect on the students, families and societies. The government of Ontario took active bullying prevention program, clearly defined the meaning of bullying, coordinated with relevant departments, formulated a series of policies, laws and regulations and ensured adequate financial support through the co-ordinate management. It involved the tracking research of a third-party institution, formed mature evaluation tools by many years of practical experience, evaluated the school environment objectively and impartially, defined the role of principals, faculty, staff, parents, students and community members clearly, provided the pertinence guidance, which ensured the effective implementation of the school bullying prevention action plan. Learning the practice of the bullying prevention program in Ontario provides a significant reference valuable for the construction of harmonious campus in our country.
