颗粒物成分与马氏珠母贝的食物选择效率及耗氧率的关系

摘要 为揭示马氏珠母贝的食物选择效率和耗氧率与海水颗粒物成分之间的关系,采用自然海区常流水法分析了海水颗粒物组成和马氏珠母贝的生理能量学特征,结果表明,对于养殖于自然海区中的马氏珠母贝:(1)滤水率FR与海水颗粒物成分无显著相关性(P>0.05);(2)选择效率SE与海水颗粒有机物浓度POM及海水颗粒物中的饵料质量f呈极显著正相关(r=0.500,P=0.000;r=0.505,P=0.000);(3)单位体重耗氧率OCR与POM及f呈极显著正相关(r=0.268,P=0.000;r=0.319,P=0.000).因此,在本实验条件下,当饵料质量升高时,马氏珠母贝的选择效率及耗氧率会相应提高. In the report,in order to illustrate the relation between the food selection efficiency and oxygen consumption rate of the pearl oysters Pinctada fucata martensii and the composition of marine particulate matter,the natural sea area constant water method was performed to analyze the physiological energy characteristics of the P. fucata martensii and the composition of marine particulate matter. The results indicated that there are no significant correlation between the filtration rate( FR) and the composition of marine particulate matter( P 0.05); there are very significant correlation between selection efficiency( SE) and the particulate organic matter( POM),SE and the feed quality of marine particulate matter( f)( r = 0. 500,P = 0. 000; r = 0. 505,P = 0.000); there are very significant correlation between oxygen consumption rate( OCR) and POM,OCR and f( r= 0. 268,P = 0. 000; r = 0. 319,P = 0. 000). These findings suggested that with the increase of f,the food selection efficiency and digestive strength of the P. fucata martensii were enhanced.
