摘要
采用苯甲酸苄酯作为载体对涤纶纤维染色以降低其染色温度,探讨了苯甲酸苄酯对涤纶纤维的结构及染色性能的影响。结果表明:载体苯甲酸苄酯对涤纶纤维有增塑作用,且不会对纤维造成损伤;苯甲酸苄酯的加入可以提高分散染料的平衡上染百分率及上染速率,缩短半染时间,且对分散染料雅特隆蓝AQE的移染性能有较大影响。载体苯甲酸苄酯染色效果与高温高压法染色效果相近,但对皂洗牢度之沾色牢度及升华牢度之沾色牢度有一定的负面影响。
This paper uses benzyl benzoate as dyeing carrier to decrease dyeing temperature of polyester fiber and studied the impact of benzyl benzoate on the structure and dyeing properties of polyester fiber. The results show that benzyl benzoate as carrier has a plasticizing effect on polyester fiber without damages to the polyester fiber. Adding benzyl benzoate can improve equilibrium dye uptake and dye rate of disperse dye,reducing half-dyeing time,and has big effect on the migration of Artelon blue AQE. The dyeing effects of benzyl benzoate are similar to these with high temperature and high pressure process,however,it has some negative impact on the staining fastness of soaping fastness and sublimation fastness.
