摘要
采用过甲酸对柞丝绸进行漂白。讨论漂白温度、p H值、过甲酸质量浓度、漂白时间等因素对柞丝绸漂白效果的影响,并测试漂白丝绸的断裂强力,比较过甲酸漂白优化工艺与双氧水漂白工艺的漂白效果。结果显示,过甲酸漂白柞丝绸较佳工艺为:漂白温度95℃、过甲酸质量浓度18 g/L、p H10、漂白时间80 min;过甲酸漂白的白度高于双氧水漂白,分别为57.84%、45.66%;过甲酸漂白的强力损失率略高于双氧水漂白,分别为11.09%、8.70%,具有较好的强力保持率。
In this paper,tussah cloth was bleached with performic acid,the impact of factors such as bleach temperature,p H valve,mass concentration of performic acid and bleach time etc.,on the bleach results of tussah cloth were discussed. Breaking force of bleached silk was tested. The effects of mass concentration of performic acid,temperature,time,p H value on bleaching were discussed. The bleaching effects by performic acid in optimum conditions and by hydrogen peroxide respectively were compared. The results show that the optimum bleaching process using performic acid are 18 g / L mass concentration of performic acid,p H value of 10,bleaching at 95 ℃ for80 minutes. The whiteness of performic acid bleach is higher than that of H2O2 bleach,and the values are 57. 84%and 45. 66% respectively. The strength loss of performic acid bleach is slightly higher than that of H2O2 bleach,the values are 11. 09% and 8. 70% respectively,but it still has good strength retention.
