Promoting the low carbon and sustainable development of transportation industry is an important aspect of the structural reform of the supply side. Reducing transport sector carbon emissions and achieving sustainable development of the transport sector are the systematic,strategic considerations to solve the low-carbon transport existing problems. This should adhere to the development concept ＂green transport,low carbon transport,recyclable transport,clean transport,＂and take specific measures to achieve the low-carbon road transport system in transportation infrastructure,transport equipment,public transport services,low-carbon road freight,intelligent transportation,transport policy and other key areas of traffic capacity building. This has great significance for the promotion of low-carbon transformation road transport.
