摘要
当前,我国的社会工作人才培养已进入发展的"快行道",从高等职业教育、本科教育到研究生教育,从全日制教育、半日制教育到远程网络教育,一个相对完整的专业人才培养体系已经搭建起来。深入分析美国的社会工作执照考试分层制度,梳理美国不同层次执照考试对考生知识与能力要求的区别,在此基础上尝试厘清我国本科及硕士层面社会工作专业人才培养核心课程的教学目标及侧重点,以期各层次的人才培养工作既紧密衔接又相互区别、有所侧重。
At present,the talent cultivation of Chinese social work has entered the "fast track of development,"from higher vocational education,undergraduate education to postgraduate education,from full- time education,bisessional education to distance network education,a relatively complete professional talent cultivating- system has been built up. In this paper,we analyze the hierarchical American social work license examination system,and comb the differences between the different levels of the United States and different levels of licensing examination to the students' knowledge and ability requirements. On this basis,we try to clarify our teaching objectives and focus on the core curriculum of the undergraduate and master's degree in social work,with an amphasis on the view of each level of personnel training work not only closely connected and also different from each other.
