日本的和果子被称为五感的艺术,其外观、名称、材料、色彩和包装都让人联想到四季景观和醇美的口感。由于日本人对于色彩与外观的敏锐直觉,使得和果子从点心的高度上升到艺术品的高度,奠定了和果子在日本饮食文化中的独特地位。和果子成为日本独特的饮食文化符号,推动了日本文化的发展。
Japanese "wagashi"is known as five-sense arts, with its appearance, name, material, color and packaging associated with appearance of landscape in four seasons of the year and delicious tastes. The Japanese keen intuition of colour and appearance makes it possible for wagashi to be upgraded from refreshments to works of art, establishing wagashi's unique status in Japanese catering culture. Wagashi represents the symbol of Japanese unique catering culture, promoting Japanese culture development.
