广西与东盟国家职业教育合作交流的现状及前景

On Current Status and Prospects of Vocational Education Cooperation and Exchanges between Guangxi and ASEAN Countries

中国广西与东盟国家职业教育的合作交流项目,包括政府层面推动的"中国—东盟职业教育联展暨论坛"、职业教育培训中心建设、广西各级政府东盟国家留学生奖学金,以及职业院校推进的跨国式人才培养、互派师生、短期互访、文化交流、夏令营等。当前,广西与东盟国家职业教育的合作交流呈现共赢共生的特征,语言教学成为交流合作的热点,联合培养成为合作办学的主轴。但同时也存在宣传力度不足、体制了解不充分、协议落实不到位、专业领域欠均衡等问题。有必要重视基础研究,科学统筹引导,完善交流机制,借鉴国际经验,制订广西与东盟国家职教国际化发展战略。

The projects for vocational education cooperation and exchanges between Guangxi and ASEAN countries include the government-driven items such as China-ASEAN Vocational Education Exhibition and Forum, Vocational education training center construction, Guangxi governments of all levels-ASEAN international student scholarship, and vocation colleges-driven items such as transnational talents cultivation, teachers and students exchhanges, short-term visits, cultural exchanges and summer camps. Currently, vocational education cooperation and exchanges between Guangxi and ASEAN countries are characterized by win-win situation.Language teaching becomes a hot spot of exchanges and cooperation and coordinated training turns to be the principal axis of cooperation in running schools. However, it is still confronted with some problems such as inedequate publicity, lack of knowledge of the system, deficient protocol implementation, and inbanlanced professional fields. Accordingly, emphasis needs to be placed on basic research, scientific overall guidance,improvement of exchange mechanisms and development of Guangxi-ASEAN vocational education internationalization strategy in light of international practices.
