"互联网思维"正在成为经济社会创新变革的重要引擎。把互联网思维应用到高职文秘学生职业能力培养中,是互联网时代培养高素质文秘人才的需要。其职业能力结构中,获取信息能力、信息搜集能力、逻辑思考能力、系统思考能力、创新能力等,应摆在更加重要的位置。通过分析互联网思维的内在要求,反观当前高职文秘学生职业能力方面的欠缺,探讨互联网思维中的用户思维、创新思维、跨界思维、迭代思维等对职业能力培养的启示与应用。

Internet thinking is becoming the important engine of economic and social innovation. Application of internet thinking to cultivation of secretarial talents vocational ability in vocational colleges is the need of training high-quality secretarial talents in the internet age. In secretarial talents vocational ability structure, information acquiring ability, nformation collecting ability, logical thinking ability, systematic thinking ability and innovation ability should be placed in the more important position. Through analysis of inner demands of internet thinking and refection of the deficiency in vocational ability of secretarial talents in vocational colleges, the article probes into th enlightenment and application of users thinking, innovative thinking, cross-border thinking and iterative thinking to cultivation of secretarial talents vocational ability.
