高职建筑工程技术专业技能培养方法探析

A Discussion on Cultivation of Architectural Engineering Major Students' Skills and Ability in Vocational Colleges

根据高职建筑工程技术专业动手能力包含工程实践中常规的、成熟的技能能力,以及相应学历层次下所应该具备的技能培养目标要求,提出重视基础理论知识作用下的技能培养是获得较高层次技能的基本方法,通过指导毕业生实习教学及几项常见技能的实训教学方法,探索专业所需的初步实践技能的培养方法,这些方法具有较强的可操作性,能较好地满足用工单位对技能型人才的要求。

Based on the training objectives and requirements of architectural engineering major that students＇ operational ability includes conventional, mature skills in engineering practice, and even more, the skills that they should be equipped with under corresponding academic qualification levels, the article suggests that basic theoretical knowledge-based skills training should be the basic approach for acquiring higher level skills. In light of instruction on the graduates＇ internship and effective curriculum practice teaching, an investigatioevelopingn is made on the methods for developing the preliminary practical skills and ability required, which can better meet the requirements of cultivating architectural engineering major talents.
