“基于目标的开放性多元化”实训课程评价体系研究——以南宁职业技术学院软件技术专业为例

摘要 目前,高职院校的实训课程评价体系存在重结果轻过程、重个人评价轻团体评价、重评价轻导向、缺乏行业企业标准等问题,不利于学生综合能力的培养。应建立一个基于项目实施目标,开放式的综合企业评价、教师评价、团体评价、学生个人评价和实施过程评价等多方面的评价体系,以此促进学生自我认知、实践能力、团队协作等综合能力的培养,提高教学质量,促进学生就业。 Currently, vocational colleges are pursuuing the assessment system for practical training courses with emphasis on the result, less attention to the process, more emphasis on individual assessment than on group assessment, and more emphasis on assessment than on orientation, and lack of enterprises standards,rendering disadvantage of the cultivation of students comprehensive ability. Efforts need to be made to develop a project implementation objectives-based open assessment system including comprehensive enterprise evaluation, teacher evaluation, group evaluation, students' personal assessment and implementation process so as to promote cultivation of students self-perception, practical ability and teamwork, and in turn, improve teaching quality and promote students employment.
