摘要
现代职业教育教师文化,是职业教育教师在职业生涯和专业发展过程中,对生命本真意蕴的理解、关怀和认同,受历史的、民族的、地域的文化的影响,突出地反映在一种社会文化、职业文化、学校文化、发展文化等文化形态在现代职业教育教师上的综合折射和凝聚。通过现代职业教育教师文化形态的社会属性、职业属性、专业属性、发展属性四种特性的分析,探索现代职业教育教师文化传承和发展的价值意蕴、课程意蕴、实践意蕴和幸福意蕴。
Modern vocational education teachers culture defines vocational education teachers' understanding,concern and identification of the essential connotation of life in their career and professional development.Influenced by historical, national and regional culture, modern vocational education teachers culture prominently highlights comprehensive refraction and cohesion of social culture, vocational culture, school culture, development culture on modern vocational education teachers. By analyzing the social attributes, vocational attributes,professional attributes and development attributes of modern vocational education teachers culture forms, the article probes into value connotation, curriculum connotation and practiceconnotationand happiness connotation of inheriting and developing modern vocational education teachers culture.
