Research on Construction of Industry Talents Classification Model:A Perspective of Economics

对有关人才分类文献进行研究分析,指出一元标准下人才分类方法存在诸多局限性,提出借鉴经济学市场分类的方法,探究构建多元标准下的行业人才分类模型的观点。通过该模型将行业人才分为完全竞争型人才、垄断竞争型人才、寡头垄断型人才和完全寡头型人才等四大类,阐述行业人才分类模型的构建过程、实施步骤和具体运用。

In light of relavant research and analysis of talent classification literatures, the article points out a wide collection of limitations in the monism-based talents classification method, suggests drawing on market classification method in Economics to probe into construction of multi-criteria-based industry talents classification model, by which industry talents are classified into completely competitive talents, Monopoly competitive talents, oligopoly type talents and completely oligopoly type talents, and expounds the construction process of industry talents classification model, implementation steps and specific application.
