肺孢子菌肺炎相关细胞因子的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 肺孢子菌(Pneumocystis carinii/jiroveci,PC为大鼠源,PJ为人源,目前国内外文献通称为PC)是重要的机会性致病菌,其感染可引起卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎(Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia,PCP),常见于免疫缺陷患者。在PCP发病过程中,白介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)、干扰素γ(interferonγ,IFNγ)、IL-8、IL-23和IL-33均发挥重要作用,且各细胞因子间可相互作用,协同或拮抗,影响机体炎症的发生及组织损伤。本文对PCP相关细胞因子的研究进展作一综述。 Pneumocystis carinii / jiroveci is an important opportunistic pathogen of severe Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia(PCP) which was common in patients with immunodeficiency. Cytokines such as interleukin(IL)-10, interferon(IFN)γ, IL-8, IL-23 and IL-33 play important roles in pathogenesis of PCP, which affect the onset of inflammation and lesion of tissue, coordinately or antagonistically. This paper reviews the progress in research on the cytokines associated with PCP.
