大学生创业能力的内涵与结构分析——以璐芳美美妆创业为例

Analysis of the Connotation and Structure of College Students' Entrepreneurial Capability——Taking Lufangmei Make-up for Example

创业能力是大学生创业成功的关键。通过对创业能力和大学生创业能力内涵文献回顾的基础上,将大学生创业能力理解为专业技术能力、机会能力、学习与创新能力和组织与管理能力的四维度的概念,在此基础上,构建大学生创业能力模型。以璐芳美美妆创业为例,阐释创业能力在大学生在创业过程中的运用,并指出大学生创业值得深思问题,进而为研究大学生的创业能力提供一种新思想。

Entrepreneurship capability is considered as a key to college students＇ successful entrepreneurship. Based on the literature review of connotation of entrepreneurial capability and college students＇ entrepreneurial capability, this paper takes the idea that college students＇ entrepreneurial capability can be thought of as composed of technical skills, ability to grab opportunities, learning abilities, innovation skills, and ability to organize and manage. A model for college students＇ entrepreneurial capability, on this basis, is built. Taking Lufangmei Make-up for example, this paper examines the application of entrepreneurship capability in the practice of college students＇ business startups. It also points out that college students＇ entrepreneurial capability is a question worthy of attention.This study can shed light on the research into college students＇ entrepreneurial capability.
