Study on Extraction Process of Volatile Oil from Chuanxiong Rhizoma in Shen Anping Capsule

目的:优选肾安平胶囊中川芎挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验法,以川芎挥发油提取量作为提取工艺的评价指标。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为药材浸泡3h,超声40min,水蒸气蒸馏提取4h。结论:优选的工艺条件合理、可行。

Objective To optimize the best extraction technology of volatile oil from Chuanxiong Rhizoma in Shen Anping capsule. Methods With the index of the content of volatile oil from Chuanxiong Rhizoma by using orthogonal design methods. Results The best extraction technology was to soak Chuanxiong Rhizoma for 3 h, and ultrasonic extraction for 40 rain, then steam distillation for 4h. Conclusion The the technology was stability and feasible.
