摘要
目的：建立三子养亲汤中多糖的含量测定方法,并探讨其炮制意义。方法：采用水提醇沉法提取多糖,以硫酸蒽酮法进行含量测定。结果：线性范围为3.47~20.82μg,r=0μ9997,平均回收率为100.26%,RSD=1.21%。结论：建立的分析方法简便易行,重复性好。三子养亲汤方中饮片炒制后可增加多糖类成分的溶出,加热过程中部分多糖结构发生变化。
Objective create method to determine the content of polysaccharide in Sanziyangqintang and discuss the significance of processing. Method extract polysaocharide by water extract and alcohol precipitation, determine the content by sulphuric acid - anthroie ketone method. Results The linearity range of is 3.47 μg/ml - 20. 82 μg/ml, r = 0. 9997, average recovery rate is 100. 26% , RSD = 1. 21%. Conclusion： The method is simple and stable. The polysaccharide content of Sanziyangqintang rise after processing, the structure of polysaccharide changed after heating.
