股骨近端螺旋刀片抗旋髓内钉内固定治疗股骨转子下骨折38例临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察PFNA治疗股骨转子下骨折的临床效果。方法:选取股骨转子下骨折病人75例,并按照治疗方法不同分为对照组37例和观察组38例。对照组行EPFN治疗,观察组行PFNA治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:两组骨折愈合平均时间、下床活动时间、髋关节功能恢复情况相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中平均出血量、手术平均时长、术后大腿疼痛病例均明显地少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:治疗股骨转子下骨折PFNA、EPFN均可以达到一定的治疗效果,但PFNA操作更为简便、术中出血量更少,可降低术后不良事件的发生。
