骨水泥髓腔内填充内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折46例临床观察

Investigation of the Therapeutic Effect of the Treatment of Unstable Distal Radius Fractures with Intramuscular Fixation with Bone Cement

目的:观察桡骨远端不稳定性骨折应用骨水泥髓腔内填充内固定治疗的临床效果。方法:选取桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者92例为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为观察组46例,对照组46例。对照组给予闭合复位石膏外固定治疗,观察组实施切开复位骨水泥髓腔内填充内固定治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果、安全性及患者满意度。结果:观察组骨折愈合时间同对照组比较,明显较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗优良率及患者满意率分别为93.48%、97.83%,同对照组的82.61%、84.78%比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.35%,同对照组的15.22%比较,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桡骨远端不稳定性骨折实施骨水泥髓腔内填充内固定治疗,可有效缩短骨折愈合时间,促进关节功能恢复,减少并发症发生,提高患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures with intramuscular fixation with bone cement. Methods 92 patients with unstable distal radius fractures were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 46 eases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with closed reduction and plaster external fixation while patients in the observation group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with bone cement. The clinical effect, safety and patient satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results The healing time of fracture was significantly shorter in the observation group compared with the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; observation in treatment group, The excellent treatment rate and the rate of patient satisfaction were respectively 93.48% and 97. 83%, which were higher than 82. 61% and 84. 78% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The complication rate in the observation group was 4. 35%, which was significantly lower compared with 15.22% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion For patients with unstable distal radius fractures, the treatment of intramuscular fixation with bone cement can effectively shorten the healing time, promote the recovery of joint function, reduce complications and also can improve patient satisfaction.
