摘要
通过对河南省粮食作物保险现状及相关问题的分析,提出了促进河南省粮食作物保险发展的政策建议,即推行农业供给侧改革,为农民提供有效的保险产品供给和制度、政策供给,从而促进粮食作物保险的良性发展,保护农民利益,保障河南省的粮食安全。
Based on the insurance status of food crops in Henan Province and related analysis,put forward the policy recommendations of promoting insurance development of food crops in Henan Province,that is to promote Supply-side reform,to provide effective insurance products supply and system,policy supply,so as to promote the healthy development of food crop insurance,protect the interests of farmers,so as to ensure the food security in Henan Province.
